- Is Roastly free?
- Yes. Roastly is free to download from the App Store, and there are no advertisements in the app.
- Which devices does Roastly work on?
- Roastly runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad or Android version today.
- Do I need an account to use Roastly?
- Yes. Your journal syncs to your account, so you sign in with an email address or with Sign in with Apple before logging your first brew.
- Are my brews private?
- Every entry has its own visibility setting. Private entries are visible only to you; public ones appear in the community feed, along with the cafe if you attached one.
- Can I log a coffee I drank at a cafe?
- Yes. You can attach a cafe or roastery to any entry and build a record of the places worth going back to, alongside the coffees you brewed at home.
- Where is my data stored?
- On servers in Germany, within the European Economic Area. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and how long it is kept.
