Reporting content or users
Roastly has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report a brew or block a user directly in the app from the “…” menu on any post or from a user’s profile. We review every report and act within 24 hours. You can also email us at info@getroastly.com.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab, tap the settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, brews, and follows.
How do I make a brew public or private?
Each entry has a visibility setting. Public brews appear in the community feed; private brews are only visible to you.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
